The friendly staff, particularly the receptionist who warmly welcomed us despite our late arrival, added a personal touch that made our experience truly exceptional. The attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the room to the thoughtful provision of free toiletries and kitchen utensils, showcased the care and dedication of the management. Nimpha Bungalows is a hidden gem where the beauty of nature meets top-notch hospitality, creating a memorable Balkan escape that I highly recommend to all travelers seeking a unique and peaceful retreat.
